i love my ex-bestfriend. we fought alot but we used to love eachother until karma caught up with me. this hit me hard, losing him was enough but loving him is something more. when he was gone i realized how much i miss him and i need him back. ive already told him i love him and all he said was "are you serious?". he wasnt mean about it, but when he didnt reply was what really broke me apart. i havnt talked to him for a couple weeks. i NEED him back, what do i do??

ive tried dating other guys, but no one compare to my bestfriend. my bestfriend and i really did love eachother, actual love and i feel like this is all my fault for letting this happen. we barely talk anymore

A couple of weeks is a good time period to let things settle down a bit for your self emotionally. It is also a good amount of time to let pass so that you don't seem overly desperate. Try not to seem too keen when you next talk to him, otherwise he won't appreciate how lucky he is to have someone like you to talk to. He must be made to make some of the effort in any relationship that you two might have. If he thinks that you are all over him, he will feel too much like a king and he will treat you like an easy servant. You must conserve your self respect and remember to 'like yourself'. You may then still seem likable to him as well. Also, try not to tell him absolutely everything otherwise the 'mystery' in the romance my be spoilt. If he has nothing to learn, he may not need to talk to you. I think you should try to contact him again, but try to be a little bit casual (an accidental meting would be even better). Don't forget to wear nice clothes and perfume, maybe get yourself a new hair-do to surprise him and raise his interest levels. Also however, remember that you are not fully in control of this situation and prepare yourself for the possibility that he may not want a romantic relationship with you. This may hurt a little, but you will be protecting yourself if you can imagine him disappointing you. I hope this will not happen to you...best of luck

You know what, I've been there, but I wouldn't BEG for him back. If he really wanted to be friends too, you wouldn't have to ask for him to come back, he'll come back on his own. If not, then he's just not worth it and is just not into it. But you don't absolutely NEED him, that's a bunch of little naiive girl talk. Sure, it hurts at first, but time heals all hearts. Hope things work out for you

Personally i think you should sit him down and tell him seriously how you feel and if he still reacts like that and doesnt give you a straight answer i think you should go and find someone else even though it is gonna hurt i think that would be the best thing to do personally

He might have looked at you like a sister.. If he did, then what you told him blew his mind.. Give him a little time.. Send him a card and just tell him you are sorry and that you want things to be the way they were.. Good luck

why haven't you talked to him? If you really love him I would go find him and talk to him. See how he feels for you maybe he's just scared about what you told him and now that he has had time to think about it GO FOR HIM!!!!
