if you have bad vision like a -3.5 can you be drafted for active combat?

Vision irregularity just like other medical reasons could be a valid excuse from being drafted but it had to be legally established and supported by evidence.

You can't be drafted if you have any medical deficiencies which would impact your ability to perform your duties. They will likely never draft for our current war, so I wouldn't worry, the draft is political suicide these days. They may need people, but they wont force people who cant see the enemy to fight...lol. They also will not draft you if you are the only child, as you are the only one who could carry on your bloodline, so if you are an only child with bad vision, you are really in a safe position.

The only people who want a draft are the actors in Hollywood, or as Sean Penn calls them, the "unacknowledged legislators". Lucky for us, congress doesn't seem to be listening to them.

theres no draft or even a talk of one so dont worry about it and yes you would probably be drafted
