This is so hard to explain. Lot's of recent dental work, I have been feeling pressure on and off daily between my top front four teeth and it feels like I move my top jaw and pop, air is released and they feel normal again. What is this? What is causing this? Any ideas?

YES YOU ARE RIGHT IT IS HARD TO EXPLAIN. YOU WILL NEED TO BE SEEN CLINICALLY BY A DENTIST. I SUGGEST YOU GET TO ONE ASAP SO THAT HE/SHE CAN ASSESS YOUR TEETH AND GIVE YOU A CLEAR EXPLANATION OF WHAT IS GOING ON.

you probally have some swelling in your jaws.
First try a night guard. You get them at the pharmacy. You bite into them and they form fit your teeth. Sleep with this for a week or so along with taking some ibuprofin for the imflamation.
If this does not help, then you probally need to get an x-ray and see if you have TMJ, but I have had thousand of dollars of dental work done and it does irritate tour jaws and the muscles surrounding your jaws. Good luck

TMJ http://www.entnet.org/healthinfo/topics/tmj.cfm see a specialist. it sounds like your dentist may not be getting your bite adjusted right. maybe the dental work you are getting is not fitting correctly. get a second opinion from another dentist. also, one thing that can cause these problems, too, is mercury amalgam fillings, so make sure you get them removed if you have any. i recommend you go to a biologic dentist so it is not done incorrectly.
