Seems to be lots of evil goin' on!
Plus, ya know, believe it speaks of God himself sending a lie, that they should not believe the truth. Go ahead, google the scripture if you must!
Then, the fact that satan can appear as an angel of light. With all his experience...., must be nearly impossible to know the difference.
Ever been scammed or lied to by someone? Now imagine that, but taken 1,000,000 times more deceptive. Satan is far more powerful than any human.
How do you know he hasn't sent us all a lie, n we are all just left behind?

See the light, the rapture is only loud to those who are already ready.
Suppose we missed it?

married.. your lagic is flawed also, cause not all who say lord, lord shall enter. This is important because it indicates that some really believe they will, but they will not.

David T. your logic is flawed because the Anti-Christ is going to destroy wonderfully, & awe the world.
Jesus would (hopefully) not be lumped with the anti-christ.
The thing is, nearly all the world will be deceived by the Anti-Christ like this.

Hello, Humble S...:
First of all, the Bible tells us that when Jesus returns: "Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen" (Revelation 1:7). Also, the elements will melt with firvent heat, atmosphere dissolve, etc.--No it is not a secret.
Second, 2 Thessalonians says that net no one deceive us but He will not come until after "satan, sitting in the temple of God, working all kinds of miracles." Since that has not happened, then I still look forward to more deceptions before He comes.
There is a wonderful page on the Internet that describes last day events, It is called: What Happens When Christ Returns, and is very informative--check it out because it answers your questions more fully.
Blessings, One-Way

Nice to see someone that asks a question is really...I mean REALLY thinking.
First I do believe that the so-called "coming" is actually a "presence" as the greek word pa·rou·si′as is not translated as coming or if it is it is done inaccurately.
"While he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples approached him privately, saying: “Tell us, When will these things be, and what will be the sign of your presence and of the conclusion of the system of things?" -Matthew 24:3
Christ would be present, however, invisible.
The word pa·rou·si′a, “presence,” is different from the Greek word e′leu·sis, “coming,” which occurs once in the Greek text, in Ac 7:52, as e·leu′se·os (Lat., ad·ven′tu). The words pa·rou·si′a and e′leu·sis are not used interchangeably. TDNT, Vol. V, p. 865, noted that “the terms [pa′rei·mi and pa·rou·si′a] are never used for the coming of Christ in the flesh, and παρουσία never has the sense of return. The idea of more than one parousia is first found only in the later Church [not before Justine, second century C.E.] . . . A basic prerequisite for understanding the world of thought of primitive Christianity is that we should fully free ourselves from this notion [of more than one parousia].”
You paraphrase:
"For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for Satan himself keeps transforming himself into an angel of light. 15 It is therefore nothing great if his ministers also keep transforming themselves into ministers of righteousness." -2 Corinthians 11:13-15
This is a huge scripture as most persons that feel that they are conforming to the "Christian faith of the 1st Century" as practiced by Jesus as well as his disciples are way, way off base. There has been much written, but little action on the parts of the masses to adhere to true Christian principles.
One can only look at the wars started IN Christendom, the political involvement and the watering down of Christian morals to know that the organizations involved have been hoodwinked by the great deceptor.
However, the fact that the preaching of God's Kingdom is still being done on a world wide basis brings the assurance that those still searching for the truth have not been "left behind".
The great tribulation has not begun. I do believe that with the devistation of the "great harlot" ...........then the tribulation spoken of by Christ Jesus will be close to follow, but then it will be "too late" to turn around for spiritual healing.
"And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.
....................................for then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world’s beginning until now, no, nor will occur again. " -Matthew 24:14-21
Be assured however, that if there are ones looking for the true followers of Jesus Christ that there is a great distinction.
"And YOU people will again certainly see [the distinction] between a righteous one and a wicked one, between one serving God and one who has not served him.” -Malachi 3:18

We that are saved are not left behind. A) I am confident in my faith B) There are still children here on earth. When all that are saved are raptured, every child under the age of accountability will also be taken.
The lie or anti-Christ will most likely appear after the rapture. He will proclaim himself God IN the TEMPLE, as it tells us in the Bible. Yes, he will be very believable.
Having said that though, at the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ (which is different than the rapture, rapture he calls the saved ones to him, he doesn't come to earth yet) Jesus tells us exactly how he will come back, where he will come back and that there will not be one who does not see him coming out of the clouds.
Anyway, hope that helps.
How ya been?

ya had ta put your foot in it didn't ya? here goes! yes he did send a spirit of stupor so that they should believe a lie . But it is for their own good. A sin done in complete and honest ignorance is not a sin. So when Satan comes pretending he is Jesus and they believe it there is no sin. Their time of testing shall come later. Satan's amount of time to play Jesus at first WAS going to be 7yrs. But for the sake of gods elect it was shortened to 5 months. That''s how good he is going to be at it. If you want to know how to tell the phony from the real Christ read Mathew chapter 24 verse 26. If you need help understanding what it means you can email me or ask it on y.a . god bless.

Not happening. Just as sheep know the voice of their shepherd, true Christians know the voice of their Lord. If there was a such thing as a rapture (which isn't in the Bible by the way, but is a teaching of man), no Christians will be "left behind." We're all heading for those glorious, redeemed bodies!

properly, if a gaggle of individuals disappeared and we are no longer attentive to it, that could be bizarre. i do no longer recommend to sound all biblical however the Tribulation era is a seven twelve months era after the rapture. wherein there will be many organic failures, plagues, and different undesirable stuff. After the Tribulation each and all the nonetheless non-believers will bypass to hell and each and all the people who died believers previously or went to heaven interior the rapture or died believers after the rapture or became believer after and survived the rapture will come to earth and stay with Jesus for 1000 years or some thing like that. My element is that if the rapture had occurred already, you are going to recognize.
