Is this someone's name? who is famous, with a story? cause I hear this from tv show, it's kina funny, and I don't get it.

it's a greek word, "skeptismos", meaning something to be thought about. skepsis=thought. the formal word was skeptikismos. skeptikos=someone immerged in his own thoughts.-

I heard it in friends TV show, Rachel says to someone yes Doctor Skeptismo, probably because of the skepticism (https://www.google.com/search?q=skepticism&oq=skepticism&aqs=chrome..69i57.139j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8) of that guy!
