You are scrubbing your nose too hard when you wash. Be gentle with your nose and moisturize it even if you think it's greasy. It produces the grease because it feels dry. Use a gentle approach with a quality face wash. If you use an astringent, don't forget to moisturize afterward.
The redness comes from irratation from contact and because you have exposed the bottom most layer of skin cells... they appear red because they are so thin you see the capillary bed underneath....so stop scrubbing off your cells

What you are describing sounds like rosacea. There are many good treatments. Metrogel 1% available by prescription. Some people need to take tetracyline in addition to the topical treatment. Or you may want to consider a laser treatment (intense pulse light - IPL) which works great for the redness. If you go the route of the laser, just make sure you go to a trained dermatologist and NOT one of those meda-spas, as those places provide treatment by folks without any significant medical training and, as a result, you as the consumer end up paying a lot of money and not getting the results you want.
Good Luck!

Not sure if you have rosea, but you can buy a green tint concealer and try to conceal it over with a your skin color concealer to cover the redness.
