Have pain in shoulder, that goes into top of arm than into my thumb. My shin has pain, and a vein sticks out?

I'm a nurse and this isn't a good thing. It sounds heart related, I would see a doctor you can never be too sure what it is without a proper diagnoses. Take care

You really should go to a Dr because if its your left arm it could be your heart or
you may have an injury also
A dr will know & we don't
