yes. The cat would pounce, snap it's neck, and eat it (or leave it as a gift) I watched my cat do it once, she didn't use her claws! She pounced and pinned it, crushed it's spine with one paw and pulled the head back with the other, cracking the neck! That's how they do it normally, Your cat can do that...
Then she ate it. Only left a small spot, she ate the bones and all. Cats are very neat, there were only a few drops of blood to wipe up off the floor. Wet rag and you're done cleaning up...
Let your cat take care of it. She can.

Has the cat been de-toothed as well? If so, then she probably can't kill a mouse. but if she has her teeth, and did kill a mouse, she would probably leave it somewhere for you as a gift..sounds weird, but cats do it. Probably put it on your doorstep, or somewhere she knows you will find it.

Of course your cat can still kill a mouse. All she has to do is bite it of course cause she still has teeth....right...? She would most likely leave it somewhere were you usually are at for a present.. Sike... I don't know but a.... yeah

Hun, my declawed Siamese killed a pit bull! Don't think declawed cats are helpless, they aren't! I have scares to prove it! And never declaw a cat that is already a biter. I had my thumb bit clear through one time when he got mad at me!

Kelly of course she could kill a mouse. they dont kill them with their claws they kill them by biting their heads off as they eat them. She would put the entire mouse - teeth and all right in her tummy. -k-

Yes, when my cat was little she killed tons of mice and we tried to stop her and she wouldn't. Then she killed 2 gardner snakes at the same time because my grandmas foster kids were poking them with a stick and they got agitaed and started hissing then my kitty came out and I was scared I thought they were gonna kill her so I called her but then she bit their necks and hung on and they died(poor snakes)they were little snakes
