Don't even think that you are overweight! keep exercising and try to drinking more water. I was 146 when I was 11. Yes, I was overweight then, but now I am 5-9 170, yes some people may still say that is overweight, but I like my size and do not have a belly or anything. I am active in athletics at my school and don't worry over it much anymore. You've got a ways to go, give it time, stay active.

Absolutly not. You are exactly the weight you are supposed to be by health and Doctors standards. Today if you dont weigh 95lbs people think there overweight. You are a wonderful person and don't ever listen to people who are bringing negitive energy to your world. Just eat healthy and remember that the ONLY job you have right now is to be a 12 year old girl. Dont get caught up in stuff like that, that's how eating disorders get started. Just do good in school, love your family and be happy. You are great, just as you are.

I wouldn't go on a diet at your age...at least not a typical, calorie counting diet. You're growing. Just try to eat healthy.
Exercise is the most important thing you can to for you physical and emotional well-being. Try to get outside a lot and move around. The rest will take care of itself.
As for your weight now, we don't know your height so it's hard to say. But, again, exercise is the key to being healthy.

It all depends on height and development stages. If you're 5'7 (I was around that height when I was 12), you're a good weight. Also note that girls will most likely weigh more than boys at this age because our chests account for a lot it sometimes along with other womanly features.

With out knowing how tall you are it's kind of hard to say - As long as you are eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise(20 minutes, three days a week) don't worry about it. If you're doing everything right, you're weight should even out as you get older.
