"Hinterlassen Sie bitte eine Nachricht." is right too.

Edit: uwish is right (see below), "Sie" is written with a majuscule when adressing in the polite form. I apologize. (I corrected it accordingly)

(LAH-ssen zee BIT-tuh EYE-nuh NAHCH-rihcht; the "ch" sound is made in the back of your throat, almost like a soft throat-clearing)

the second one is correct, but just for grammar's sake, the sie should be Sie.
