I hear ya. It's probably a good thing the season is done, otherwise the DNR would get more of my money. As one guy said, turkey season is approaching, and I'm all fired up for that. Wild turkey and wild morels make a lovely spring dinner. :)

I know what you mean. This year all I saw was button bucks and small does on my land. And a lot of the small does had very young fawns fallowing them around. I never saw deer that young during hunting season.
I shot 3 deer last year, so I let them go, in the hopes of having something bigger next season. Today I saw 4 deer in my back yard in the middle of the day, last week I saw five. They are just trying to rub it in, but I'll get them next season.

The only good news is that Turkey Season starts in less then a month here in Arkansas!!!

well I couldn't hunt Big Game this year cuz I won't be 16 til this season....but I can't wait to go out and give them deer someone new to fear lol!

hunting season is what i live for each year. but its only 6 months away, or atleast until bow season, starts.
