im going to get a curl perm but sometimes i want it straight. so am i able to straight it?? if so would it damage the way it looks??

It's pretty hard on your hair but if you have "good" hair and condition you can get away with it. I have a perm for body but don't do curly so use an iron every am. good luck

Umm...you probably can, but I wouldn't recommend it. Your perm will be dammaged and it won't last long. Straightening using chemicals and perming your hair using chemicals, is actually the same thing. They use the same chemical substance to either, straighten, or perm your hair. When you do, it really damages your hair, so it's important for you to give your hair, treatment at home or hair salon, once a week, at least. And, you should use big combs(one that is big~ and has enough space between the bristels for permed hair)

It won't injury it. Perm is short for permanant, meaning permanantly changing your texture (atleats until it grows out). it rather is like straightening the different curly hair. once you wash it, it rather is curly back.

Yes it would damage it as your curls are not natural you would be reversing the perm that you paid for and would have to get it redone

yeah but u need to blow dry it first before you use a straightening iron. And no it won't make your hair looked damaged, because I do my hair like that all the time. And don't let the straightening iron sit in your head too long.

you can use a flat iron on your hair however it will make your perm frizzy, it will also strip your hair of the perm faster.
