Yes I have it, it works. It's a lot easier so you feel the burn in your stomach faster without the stress of doing a sit up. However you're more compelled to take rests and breaks in between, haha. If you go to fast on it (for me) I tend to get a headache cause my head is resting on the lounge and its going up and down really fast. When you don't work out on it, it makes a nice napping chair!

YES! Love it! It does a great job at supporting your neck so you don't end up with sore abs and neck :) Makes the work a lil easier, but you can still feel the burn you need in your abs

dont take this the wrong way, cos im not braggin or anythin, but i have abs and im 23. have had abs for about 5 years. you know how i got them? it had nothing to do with whiz bang ab machines. the best way to get abs is to do heaps of cardio to burn away fat, so your abs are exposed. also strict diet helps. oh an you cant beat situps, crunches and crunches on a fitball (those giant inflated balls) goodluck!

Save your money, it's just another gimmick. You don't need some mechanical device for abs, just a good routine.

hey.
I have the ablounge and for me personally it works. I have been working out on it every morning and night for about 30 minutes each time and for me it really burns and works.

personally, i think its a gimmick. just do sit ups on your floor or get a declined ab bench. stuff like that is stupid. do cardio and slim down on your eating habbits

My daughter (15) uses hers and likes it. She says that it makes crunches less stressing on her back.
