The cheapest new car I know of is a kia rio.But you could get a much nicer car for the same price if you would be willing to get a 2-3 year old one instead.Do you NEED a new car?

Kia, Dodge Neon, and Chevy are pretty cheap.
I think the Chevy Colbolt is like 10,000 but some Kias are like 8,000 but you'll have to buy it basic model. So I think Kias are the cheapest. B/c aDodge Neon is llike 9,000

probably some sort of kia spectra or hyundai accent. look into suzukis as well. the cheapest way to get a car is to pay for it outright. if you can offer them cash for the car, they will give you a better deal.

chevy aveo $9995,hyundai accent $10,415 (great warranty) and if you go shopping towards the end of the month you can get better pricing because they are trying to meet their sells quota for the month.go to edmunds.com for info and research

depends on the kind of vehicle.....but its around 12-18 thous depending if its a four wheel drive or not
