To protect hair from heat and frizziness, use Frizz-Ease. You can find it at drug stores. To have silky and shiny hair, use Biosilk: Silk Therapy. It's about 10-14 dollars for the regular size in drug stores, but it really works. So just combine those two and you will have sleek, straight, silky, and shiny hair.
Also, use the Frizz-Ease and Biosilk after you shower and matt (not rub, that will make hair fall out) your hair so it's semi-wet. This way, your hair can lock in the products after it's freshly washed.
Oh, and make sure you buy a clarifying shampoo so you can use it once a week to get rid of all the build-up from the hair products.
Hope this helps.

Id recommend Bedhead products suck as Small Talk and Fashionista spritz and shine. I have curly hair and I put the small talk in wet, blow dry, then spray sections with the spritz and shine while flat ironing and it looks shiny and healthy and smooth. The small talk is a thermal protectant, so it protects your hair from the heat of the dryer and the iron. The spritz also has thermal protectant in it, but it is the secret to getting it silky smooth!!! Try it out!

VO5 Miracle Mist interior the purple bottle with a series off spray at your drugstore or food market. it rather is quite much less costly, alcohol-loose, smells good, and protects your hair and enables it stay soft longer. I even have tried numerous products, mass-industry and salon, for flat-ironing. maximum of them have alcohol denat, that's in certainty rubbing alcohol, because of the fact the main component - it makes your hair soft and glossy for the time of use in spite of the indisputable fact that it rather is drying and dulling over the years and could make contributions to cut up ends. The Miracle Mist may well be used on moist or dry hair - i take advantage of it as an all-over detangler and leave-in conditioner previously blow drying and then as a keeping spray on sections previously flat-ironing. it rather is nice stuff and commonly expenditures decrease than $3.

"CHI Silk Infusion" is amazing. even though it's pretty pricey for a bottle, it lasts forever and your hair is amazing! it makes your hair feel as if you didn't even straighten it. no residue at all. it's great.
