I mean, c'mon, how is slightly increasing the pressure in your abdominal cavity going to do anything?

I have two disks in my lower back that are compressed and slip out from time to time. I live with a constant dull pain, that gets a lot worse the day after I lift anything or move around a lot. It makes me grumpier than I like to be. I don't want to go on pills because they make me loopy. I have to move a drumset about once a week.

You guessed it not at all. I've spent my share of time with orthopedists and neurosurgeons. The only worth while ones are built to fit your exact frame. Anything else is a joke.
