If what you are asking is why do helicopters crash so often, it has to do with the nature of their operation. Helicopters are much more difficult to fly than fixed-wing aircraft and are inherently unstable. Because of this and also because of the fact that a helicopter does not glide very far if you have an engine failure. If a helicopter experiences engine failure, you most lower the collective to the minimum in order to maintain the rpm's you have, then right before you hit the ground, raise the collective to the maximum to soften the impact. If you are at a low altitude, this can be relatively soft, but if you are at a higher altitude, you will likely lose too many rpm's to soften the landing. Aircraft engines suffer failure on occasion, especially in military aircraft because the engines are pushed so far, and a helicopter simply doesnt have the options that an aircraft does.

Never seen a sick helicopter. A helicopter (told to me by a pilot) essentially beats itself up. Everything shakes..rattles..and is in a constant vibration. They fly on a ball of air that the rotors create.

No, I have never seen a helicopter throwing up. I have seen some that were really green looking though.
