Why are you even having sex if you don't know something as simple as this?! The discharge is her body preparing for ovulation (if she hasn't ovulated already)... it's fertile cervical mucus. After she ovulates, it'll "dry" up.

It is normal for women to have some discharge. But if it is excessive or foul in odor, then you should be worried about Chlamydia. Men who have been exposed to this disease are delayed in displaying symptoms so if you are worried go get checked. In the meantime talk to your girlfriend, obviously you don't trust her or else you wouldn't check her panties in the first place and assume that she is unfaithful.
