God (or at least the "inspired " writers of the bible didn't know:
That the earth is round
That the brain not the heart is the seat of consciousness
That bacteria and virus cause disease
That mental illness is not demon possession
That people don't live 900 years
Why didn't God know thede things?

Of course the primative people who wrote the bible didn't know these things.
But why would a God lie to the people or not tell them the truth?

Well think about it, I mean Galileo hadn't been born yet and the
AMA hadn't even been formed yet and they didn't have any carbon dating then, so how was he supposed to know for goodness sake, do you expect God should read the future then he would be one of those sinner s

I'm thinking it is you with the lack of knowledge.
1. The Earth is round. The Bible agrees with this. The Jewish/Christian Bible revealed that the earth is round in Isaiah 40:22 and via Job (26:7). Speaking of God in Isaiah 40:22, the Jewish/Christian Bible says; "It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth". Job 26:7 says, "He stretches out the north over empty space; He hangs the earth on nothing".
2. We still use the word heart to describe the feelings and passions of a person.
3. What causes bacteria and virus'? Sin causes death always did and still does the corruption of the world is caused by sin.
4. Demon possession would be considered mental illness by some medics. does not mean that it is not Demon possession ..Which Mental Illnesses have we cured? We do not know the cause of all illnesses mental or otherwise.
5. People once lived 900 years as I said before sin causes death.
6 God still knows all. It is your ignorance that presumes things to be fact that man has yet to learn.

It's funny though, in the late 70's scientists told people not to use wooden cutting boards for cutting uncooked meat and vegetables you were not planning to cook. They discovered that the porous wood harbored bacteria that would get on the vegetable and several people got salmonella this way. Did you know that one of the dietary rules the Hebrews followed was not to drink milk out of the same bowl you had meat in. A study concluded it was because the meat juices soaked into the bowl and harbored bacteria just like the cutting boards.
Funny how a God who didn't know anything about germs would give the Hebrews a guideline that would protect them from salmonella.
Have you ever checked out the rules for where to build houses and where to throw waste? The result is a more sanitary environment that would pass health inspection today.
Amazingly the God of the universe knew all along why the Hebrews needed to follow His guidelines. Wow.

Where does it say the earth is flat?
You getting confused about these religions, Egyptians believed the heart is the seat of consciousness (and its metaphorical to say, base you answers to choices on your heart)
Where does it say that bacteria and viruses don't cause disease, and God sent a virus to release his people in Egypt
Not all demonic possession is mental illness, I have seen it
And the years of then were different then today, and God didn't write that, that was historical record, recorded by the historians of the time

It isn't that God didn't know these things, it's that the people who wrote the Bible didn't know these things. Plus they were more concerned with other things, like desert sandstorms and the fact the REAL average life span at the time was something like 25, 30 years.

God knows everything. The Bible record is not the record of all things God knows. It is a mistake to assume that the partial record is false. BTW, the Bible never denied that the earth is round. People interpreted it that the world if flat, but the Bible did not say that.

Didn’t you know that god hated going to school and dropped out at a relatively young age? What else can one expect from such an uneducated god? You know why he despised Babylon? Actually, the Bible is clear...long before average people or Columbus...the Bible states the earth is round AND suspended in air. Most thought it was connected to something.
Heart is metaphoric...pumps your blood. You will have blood of royalty (bride accepted) or cursed blood (rejected). Which are you?
He issues the cleansing of hands and ritual washings to Jews only 5000 years before Purell.
Demons are real....I have seen deliverance with my own eyes.
People did live 900 years before the flood. Prove they didnt.
