im sorry but youre not going to lose much weight unless you commit yourself to running/jogging/any other strenuous cardio along with a balanced 1500 calorie a day diet
and 50 pounds in about 10 weeks is very difficult if not impossible for someone with little willpower
just learn to love yourself for who you are =]
