"Pantograph" is the correct term for most electric trains that have a sizeable power collection structure.

Some trolley/tram units have a single "pole" with a contact at the end, in which case it would be a "trolley" or "trolley pole".

I've heard it called a pantograph (for the mechanical device used by artists to copy drawings,) and also a trapeze... Depends on which country you are in.
