I'm a Mormon. I love that my church will always welcome me as a brother no matter where I go. You see the church is world wide. When I went to Cancun a tour guide at the Myan ruins shook my hand because he was Mormon too! I have brothers and sisters that love me every where I go! What do you love about your church? (:

I, too, enjoy the world wide part of the church. However, I also really enjoy a branch/ward that has people with smiling faces, bubbly attitudes, outgoing spirits, friendliness, etc. I like feeling welcome. i like that we try to be a community.

I love my church because EVERYBODY is welcome there - not just the people who accept the religion - which is Religious Science - which is very open at the top and pretty easy to accept. But even if you don't accept it as your religion - you are welcome. We have banners representing Taoism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhist - etc. Because there is only ONE GOD - ONE POWER. So - I love that my church has a philosophy that I can easily understand and accept.

I love it because there is not judgement there. We don't believe God judges you - and we don't believe in sin - and we don't believe in hell. There's no fear. So - pretty much all there is - is Love. God is Love.

There are a lot of Sr. Citizens there. AND lots of young people. Families. Different colors. Different sexual orientations. Again - all are welcome!

We do incredible amounts of Community Service stuff - reaching out to those in need. I really love that.

I love that I am a Sunday School teacher - and I get a chance to teach Pre-Schoolers about God - and the virtues.

I love being at the place that taught me that God is Love. It will not judge me - and I have no reason to be afraid of It.

AND - most importantly - I love that my church is a place that I feel was designed especially for me. It is my Spirtual Home!!!

Well, I'm Baptist and I love my church because everyone is welcome, no one is looked down upon if they're not "well to do". We have such an exciting church, we are doing soo much for God, we have been a church now for 10 yrs and I truly feel God's presence in there. Its amazing how good you feel when you fellowship w/God's people.

I also love the fact that the word of God is actually preached there, no apologies are made for the Bible, the pastor doesn't sugar coat sin, he tells us what we need to know. I love the fact we sing the old hymns, none of that contemporary "Christian" music. I love it that it feels like family, and I am so grateful that God led me to Landmark Baptist, I have grown so much spiritually, and have deeper understanding of the Bible. I want to share Jesus with everyone I meet and its so sad to see a a lost and dying world out there.

I'm also Mormon. My father is in the military so we move a lot.
It doesn't matter where I go I always have friends! I've lived in these places--Germany, Alaska, Texas, Oregon,Kansas, VA,MA NH, CA. Everyone who I've ever met who visits without preconceived notions leaves saying "I felt love and truth there."

I love that we have the same organization as the primitive church of Jesus Christ. I love the peace I feel when I read the Bible and the Book of Mormon. I love having the fullness of the gospel. I love what Heavenly Father teaches about families. I love that I have to have faith and work hard to be saved. I love having a prophet with authority to act in the name of Christ and receive revelation to guide the church. I love the beauty and sacredness of the Temples and the covenants(promises) we get to make with Heavenly Father.

I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior. I love that everyone can know for themselves. I love what the restored gospel of Jesus Christ does to change individual and families for the better, forever.

I'm LDS as well, and I love my church! No matter where you go, they teach the same docterine they do around the whole world. I fell a sense of unity while i'm around other people of the same faith. I know that they will not judge me and accept me as I am. There is so much love, people I would barely even know smile, hig, and say hello. There is such a strong spirit where I know that I am hearing the word of God. I would not give that up for ANYTHING.

I love the accurate teaching from the Bible, God's word, with no adultery of the word of many mixed in. Too many places that call themselves "church" are merely social clubs that sit and listen to a series of speakers tell the words of man or the words some man wrote a while back. I love my fellowship because my pastor teaches God's word with boldness, and only God's word.

I am a Christian and I love the fact that we Christians are allowed to do anything we want to no matter how bad it is , and Jesus will forgive us as long as we follow him. That is why Christianity is so wonderful. Meanwhile Jesus will torture non-Christians for eternity no matter how many good deeds they do. Praise Jesus!!
