Weight loss is an all over process. Some peopel lose in certain places before they can begin losing anywhere else on their body.

For me, I lose in my face/neck/chest area first though I am trying to get to my stomach.... But anyway, know yourself and good luck.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

You cant control where you lose weight. Even using the muscles in that area most will only effect the amount of muscle not fat.


Some people lose weight from a certain area before others but there is no way you can ontrol this.

When ever I lose weight it starts in my face and works down. That is where i see it first. But as far as only loosing face wieght I would say lipo or lipozap.

No, not naturally. There are hair-dos and make-up tips that may help your face look thinner, but you can't spot lose weight.
