Basiclly you need to limit your fat consumption to 'good' fats. Like Omega-3 and monosaturated fats. To get omega-3 you can eat salmon and flax seeds. To get monosaturated fats you can eat extra virgin olive oil and canola oil.

Protein is a bit overrated, people contrate too much ine ating lots of protein when the reality is that your body can only absorb certain amount of proteins in a day, the rest gets stored. For a normal woman ages 20-50 the limit is 60 grams a day. If you eat more than that, you're really just eating extra calories are going to get stored as fat.
