i bought an airsoft gun a month ago and it doesnt say the fps for it.How will i know how fast its going.

Where you bought it(the makers). Ask(call/email)them how fast it shots. ( To find how where to contact them look at the name of the brand, type it in, and yahoo search it, and there home site should appear
If you thinks its shooting slow, email them and ask them to help.

Well, there are a couple of ways. You could get a machine that chrono's airsoft shots or if there is an airsoft facility near you they could chono it for you. If you are an expierienced player beleive it or not you can shoot yourself in the leg (beleive me that is how i tell sometimes) or look at the bb when it is being shot and tell how fast it is by just using your sight. If it looks fast enough and your friends say it hurts then it is probably good. Also try emailing the manufactuar. If you tell me who makes it and what model it is I could find it out for you.
