first of all your not huge. second, im a pretty fit guy and my stomach growls all the time...especially when in a quiet public setting (i do not know why). If it is a frequent problem (like a few times a week or more) then you should talk to a doctor about it. And dont be embarrass about it, it happens to more people then you might think

Um I would ask a doctor because you could have problems with your digestive system or bowels. Drinking lots of water helps calm the loud grumblies, instead of snacking or anything like that. A growly stomach isn't something you should be embarrassed about, by the way. I have NEVER seen anyone judge someone for how their stomach growls. But seriously, talk to a doctor.

I wonder if you don't have irritable bowel syndrome. Do you drink a lot of soda? If so try cutting back on that to see if the stomach growling gets better....oh and by the way...use spell check so your questions are clearer.
I just read the answer about diabetes diet...don't worry about diabetes, have your blood sugar checked.

Drink a half ounce of water - preferably not from the tap - for every pound of your current bodyweight. That would be around 3 quarts or 90 ounces. Build up to this goal over the course of 7 -10 days. Check out www.drnatura.com for some more info - read the articles and testimonials. Good Luck!

Ask a doctor or nurse. There may be something wrong with your digestion that causes your stomach to growl so much. It does not sound normal.

Girl, no need to be embarrassed it happens to everyone and usually at the worst time. Try drinking water or eating extra protein for breakfast. I also read that a teaspoon of olive oil works

It's your digestive system trying to digest food. You might have some intestinal complications. Try seeing your local doctor and try to stay away from gassy things, i.e soda drinks and fatty foods.
