I noticed that over the last 7 years or so that the right side of my face is alittle fatter then my left side. I normally wear a beard so it's not noticable. I don't think people notice but when I shave I do feal alittle uncomfortable about it but I don't think others can notice. Can I solve this issue by doing facial exercises? I'am 28 years old, 163 pounds and 5'7 and I don't consider myself over weight. what about aerobic exercises?

You need to go to the doctor. Its not that uncommon for someones foot, hand, or a breast to be unequal. But when it comes to your face its different. If it is truly fatter as you said, you need to see if there is something going on under the tissue. Okay

Go look at your parents and siblings. This might be a genetic disorder. If not it is probably a minute mutation in your genetics. You probably wont be able to remove it with physical excersise and even if you do itll keep coming back. Sorry... stick with the beard,

this may be a serious issue, dog. go see a Dr. It might have something to do with your sinuses (not sure how low it is on your face, etc), but you may want to apply a slight pressure to your face and see if you get any pain, that would help the Dr. with the diagnosis.
