Mississippi.....no, its not Arkansas....there have many good programs there....thanks to Clinton....
and Dade County, Florida is really bad!!!

DC and Mississippi have the worst scores for 8th grade math.

Well this is just a guess but in Florida we have 16 & 17 high school freshman so that doesn't say much for my state

I'm not entirely sure, but I heard from my bus driver a few weeks ago that it was Massachusetts. And I believe her. After all, most of my school failed the state tests last year and had to take them over and over until they got a passing grade.
I scored one of the highest possible scores, and only made it into the top 5% (or lower. perhaps it was 1%) of my whole state. :[ It makes me weep for humanity.

Hmmm, based on some of the spelling errors I've seen on this forum, I'd have to say ALLLLL of them have LOW test scores!!
