I'm not going to go the sexual route. There are too many personal things about it. All I'll say is that the KY 2-1 Warming Oil is amazing for massages (and other such things).
Try something that he enjoys. Does he like the outdoors? Take him for a horseback ride. Does he like sports? Get him tickets to a sporting event (even if it's the future). Does he like music? Find a band that's come soon to your area, get tickets, and put them in a CD of the same band.
Whatever he enjoys, do it with him. Even if it's something you hate, for one day you can enjoy it with him.

I was born in March too!
Well, if you live in California, you can take him to the Madonna Inn. It is a Hotel with theme rooms (Really cool).
If you don't live in California, look for unique hotels or spots and take him on a surprise trip. Spoil him for a day and you will reap a years worth of thanks.
