I have a black dot, looks like a freckle or a very small little mole, doesn't hurt, way back by my molars. I don't know how long its been there, but I suspect not long. Maybe a blood blister? If anyone has had a small round black dot like a freckle in there mouth, particularly on the cheek, please let me know what it was for you. I read allot from people that have asked the same question, but no responses back from those people that may have healed or seen a doctor or dentist. Any advice? Ideas? Thanks!

I would ask your dentist. It very well could be nothing but I read a story where a girl had something similar and it was a tumor that grew to 21 lbs before she had it removed. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

The black spot may be a benign condition but sometimes malignancies such as melanoma's may present in this manner. So It is better if you visit a hospital which has an oral medicine unit and get this spot examined.

THIS IS MOST LIKELY AN AMALGAM TATOO. THIS IS OFTEN FOUND WHERE THE AMALGAM FILLING TOUCHES THIS FILLING THIS COMMONLY OCCURS.
IS THIS DANGEROUS OR HARMFUL?

NOT AT ALL.

SO WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT?

UNFORTUNATELY, NOT MUCH.
