Lack of coping skills. Specifically the ability to deal with stress and disappointment.

Your question is somewhat difficult to answer not knowing what you mean by "frustration". If you mean what I think you mean, then you could have any of a multitude of problems that have the same sort of symtoms.
1.If you lose your temper over minor incidents and the anguishing feeling of a kind of weird rage stays longer than you like...then you must feel lost and unable to tell anyone close to you. Most of the frustration lies in the fact that you have no control.
2. It seems to you that you can't understand how to do certain things that other people seem to do easily. You feel clumsy and activities that most people enjoy frustrate you. It seems that most of the time, things don't go well for you.

There are other symptoms of course, but most of the time, all of them bring a huge emptiness and seem to be deep-rooted.

The good news is that there are easy solutions and long term
solutions that are available through medication from a doctor or even some nutritional and herbal protocols that have helped lots of people. Sometimes just a change in diet has done wonders for others.
But you need an evaluation by a qualified doctor first.
Believe it or not..this can change.
