I suppose the guy in question could have a few reasons for not calling you. The obvious one would be that you're being played, of course. But, there are also some other things that may have kept him from calling that many girls often overlook. That's why there's so much drama between guys and girls today (at least, that's part of it).

He may be any of the following:

1) busy
2) tired
3) annoyed & afraid to call for fear of taking his anger out on you.

There may be multiple other reasons for his delay in getting back to you, of course. But if you respect him .. really respect him, just ask. It won't sound as whiny as you think. Trust me. Just mention phone calls and then bring it up. It's worked in the past for me and a few of my closest friends.

P.S -- If you don't get an answer you're looking for here, you've got friends. They've always seemed to be the best to talk to. The ones you trust, anyway. GOOD LUCK! =)

To me it sounds like he is interested but afraid to call you the next time you see him ask him for his number if he gives it to you call him that night and if he talks he definitely likes you, if he doesn't you are being played.

He might just be incredibly busy, but you could also be played. Try to set something up yourself when you see him and if he makes excuses run.
