I applied through NationPoint. They sent an email saying that I needed to login to view electronic documents. There is a form for me to sign saying that everything I put in the initial app is true, and to sign the copy of the fico and fax back. Is this a good sign or am I being too optimistic?

Find a new lender! Never send documents for a mortgage to a company you found on line. Find a new lender! With that credit score they are going to hit you with lots of junk fees and a high interest rate. Find someone local.
