I use Jeyes Fluid and a good quality hard bristle yard broom and lots of elbow grease. Its not that cheap but it does the job really well because it is designed for that sort of thing but one thing you must do with Jeyes is to make certain you rinse it a good few times with fresh clean water afterwards because it could burn the dogs paws if not washed away thoroughly. Make sure you keep the dog indoors while your cleaning. Its worth it because it clears the smell really well especially as the weather is getting warmer, it smells worse in the heat.Hope this helped.

We simply scrub the patio every day with washing up liquid and water with a stiff yard brush. Simple but effective, BTW we have 2 dogs.

theres a product called zflora a range from jeyes fluid not only is it cheaper it smells nicer to it comes in lavender, various flowers and another on jeyes fluid is really good but if you do suffer from hay fever or allergies this can bring on the same type pf effect e.g. sneezing runny eyes and nose etc

Buy some stuff from a restaurant supply with a lemon or orange smell and dilute it well. Gallons will be cheap.

there is this stuff at wilkos called jays fluid or something? we used this and it did the trick! cheap too :)

I hose the patches every day where mine pee's! and this keeps it to a min.
