If you mean a 12-volt car battery, the answer is "an DC-AC inverter", available in most auto parts stores.

Else, you'll have to explain what you mean by "batteries".

If you mean, can you put in a couple of AA batteries and get an outlet, no. They don't have that kind of voltage or power.

The best you can do is get a DC inverter from the car section of your local store and plug it into the cigarette lighter of your car.
