Nope, rice is a starch. Cold cuts...Nope.....they have nitrates in them, and lots of fat. Orange juice, YES, great for you. To lose a little weight, cut back on your portion sizes, and try to eat fresh vegetables/fruits, cut out your sugar, cakes, cookies, any desserts, and your junk food, chips, and add a good walk to your regimen and you will lose some weight! It really will work! Good luck!

Rice is not a whole grain and is very, very, very fattening. Brown rice is holy whole grain and is good for losing weight. See last fat loss tip on site below.

Dieting makes you fat. That is why America is the fattest society to ever exist. You need to stuff yourself full of good foods which will make you thin. Site below tells how good fats (not cold cuts) help you to lose weight.

rice is very high in carbo - so unless you can burn it off with plenty of exercise, it should be taken sparingly only. Juice are ok but cold cuts? - maybe taken sparingly too
