Is it possible to make a electric hovercraft work with out a wire?

by this i mean use a leaf blower or something of the sort

Either a solar hovercraft (with huge solar panel overhead);
Or a fuel cell hovercraft (an galvanic cell can substitute the fuel cell for time-being)

Yes you can make a big hover craft with out wires. You just have to provide enough life from the power plant. No GAS, ok how about diesel or JP4 ??
