if i eat healthy and excerise ocasionly how much weight can i loss in the shortest period of time possible...any suggestions on what i can do to loss weight in a short time!

1-2 pounds per week is considered a healthy weight loss.
Are you really eating healthy? Getting all the nutrients you need?

I suggest you continue to eat healthy---don't forget the fruits and veggies!! Be sure to drink water throughout the day! And, stay active!!!
