There's a lot of great questions at the moment!
Marvellous Marvin Hagler was a great champion for years (and really he got robbed when he fought Ray Leanord), and Jermain Taylor, as such, hasn't really been in any wars or career defining fights, so there isn't really any comparison. Hagler was a great power puncher, a better boxer and he could box equally effectively out of either stance. He has the far superior chin and power, whereas Taylor is the quicker.
Taylor is tall (6 foot 1), but then so was Thomas Hearns. With that in mind, I feel Hagler would stalk Taylor, and really force the fight, and drive Taylor backwards. When Hopkins had Taylor in trouble, I feel that Hopkins didn't have the punching power to capitalise. Hagler does have that power, and would finish the job. Hagler by 8th round KO.

Hagler is an all time great middleweight and Taylor is also a very good fighter with good boxing skills and technique. I believe that Hagler is too strong and too fierce to lose to Taylor. Taylor would hold his own for about 8 rounds until Hagler caught him with a combination near the ropes in round 8 prompting the referee to stop the fight.

Hagler would walk through Taylor, the blogbaba is surprised Taylor got past Hopkins. Hagler was made of much sterner stuff that Bernard and Taylor would have had his hands full. Taylor lacks the defensive skills to handle the pressure Hagler would have brought to the fight, and would do no better against Marvin than Mugambi did.
Hagler by KO in 8.

This would be an average bout for Hagler. Hagler has total advantage in power and chin. Taylor will have an edge in speed. They will be equal in defense. Taylor will not make it to the later rounds.
In the early rounds, Hagler will take total control and immediately let Taylor know who's boss. I see a few early exchanges with Hagler getting the best of all. Heading into the middle rounds, I see Taylor to be in a complete defensive mode. He cannot withstand Hagler's power shots. Hagler has too much experience and a great quality of opposition for him to bow to the likes of Jermain Taylor. Ultimately, I see Hagler stopping Taylor in the seventh round.

Agreed. Hagler might injury Taylor. Hagler whilst in comparison with Hopkins fought with potential, ring generalship, and become a southpaw. I elevate Hopkins using fact he ought to've killed that youngster, however the varieties have been way too contrasting. Hagler might pepper that youngster with jabs and a left hook.
