I stitched this photo together using 4 different images and you can see where they were stitched together, especially in the sky. I tried using the clone tool and the smudge tool to fix it but neither worked.
Can somebody please offer me advice? Thank you! My image editing program is Gimp

hm.. i tried blending the sky a bit and this is what i got.

When shooting with the intent of stitching together for a pan, you have to keep the exposure the same for each shot. It looks like the middle is darker than the left side, especially.

I don't know a thing about Gimp. In Adobe PS, I would dodge the dark line, then smooth things over with the healing brush.

Looks pretty good to me. Sorry I cant give you a better answer. I guess I would just keep working it, or maybe just replace the entire sky.

Your panaramic is great... and the stitches are barely noticable and I doubt to the untrained eye if they are even visable.

Good job for Gimp!
