To achieve the flat or toned stomach, you need to do cardio to burn the fat and a variety (not just sit ups or crunches) of ab exercises. And 2 weeks isnt enough time to do that dear

Try some of the "tummy toning" workout routines there. And if you have hateful love handles, consider doing the no love for love handles workout routine. And if you want to kick it up a notch to abs, I recommend the Ab Boot Camp.

Well Im 5'5 and 110 pounds but still my stomach isnt perfect at all but recently I have been doing Pilates and its AWESOME! You must try it, I guarantee your stomach will be flat and look so good and sexy withing 1 week. But you MUST eat right and protein and fruits. I mean you cant just exercise and think thats it. If you eat right and dont eat before you sleep and drink lots of water. Just try Pilates starting tomorrow and do it until the day you leave on your vacation, I promise you your stomach will be real nice and the best part...
you know when you eat, your stomach tends to get a bit bigger cause your full? Well after Pilates, your stomach WILL NOT get like that, its amazing! Well goodluck and I hope I helped.

the easiest way to have a flat stomach by two and a half weeks is to jump rope for 10 minutes everyday and cut down on 500 calories. if you do that trust me you well get at least some results.

do a TON of sit ups (literaly, like 2,000) each morning, and if you can walk after that, a thousand more at night. also, you may consider taking up running.

i do crunches every nite before going to bed.Also Decrease your calorie intake.i do aboout 80 crunches every day.A little goes along the way.

Crunches will do it. Not as hard on you as sit-ups but will still give you a six-pack.
Don't buy anything you see on TV.
