invite her to a nice restaurnat and when you get there she'll see all the other friends there too-with presents and a cake! any restaurant will be happy to accomodate you all. [of course she does not pay for her meal].

Depends on your situation of course.
If you are in High School, you could do the balloons and sign thing. I've done that a couple of times.
Or ask yourself what does she like? Is there a place, that you could invite her too and surprise her with all your friends?
Or you could do like a scavenger hunt so to speak..those are always fun.

Throw her a party a couple of days ahead of time. That will surely surprise her, without making her feel forgotten (as she would if you waited until later). What kind of party? Her favorite, whatever that is. Just make sure all her friends are there, and there is nothing that will make her uncomfortable.

since i dont know the age i will have to guess a little. but how bout getting her somthing that makes her feel pretty such as bath oils and different kinds of makeup, pufume, and even lotion. try to see if u can find out her fav. sents such as rose, ginger, and even lavender. most girls will love to pamper them selfs and maybe u and her could even have a nice spa day.
