I can relate. If you're still in school, give him a note if you're in the same class asking to either ask him out or tell him how you feel but you don't want that to get in the wrong hands. You could just ask to talk to him in private and I'm sure it would take a lot of courage. I hope you get to tell him. I 'm hoping to tell my crush of 1 year and a half by the end of the year! hehe

Somewhere romantic, like sometime in the evening under the stars. Do it softly, but hold the kiss for about 5 seconds (count in your head), and pull back. And smile.

u know, most girls never realize that how much power u hold.
u should almost NEVER be afraid of rejection. now long-term commitment is one thing, but the initial power is almost always in the hands of the girl.
dont be afraid; just tell him. he's prob thinking the same thing but just too scared to tell you.
