Ive been going out with this guys 4 two months now Everything is going well .. i really liek him BUTTT he doenst make any " Moves " On me? ... we barely even made out yet ... I HATE IT ... If you make the first moves, he will probably make the rest. He is probably just trying to be respectful to you and doesn't want to cross any boundries, especially if he hasn't been there yet.

Maybe hes just not really comfortable with that yet. I mean you've only been dating for two months. Right now you should expect a little kiss, but not like making-out or anything beyond that. It's too early, so maybe hes trying to define the relationship between you to, and then hopefully he'll move to advancing towards you.

He's nervous he won't be "good" enough for you.
He might not have made out with many girls before, and doesn't really know how. If he knows your past relationships were really physical, he might be intimidated by that as well.
Make some moves on him. Subtle, small ones at first, like start kissing his neck, and see how he reacts. Move from there.

Maybe physical intimacy means something important to him and he wants to wait for something. It's important to have an idea of wheere each other stand on issues like this, so talking to him may be a good idea. It actually sounds to me as if you may have found something very rare though, a gentleman. Please don't hurt or ruin that in him.
