You certainly can have a balanced diet without milk. I haven't had a single drink of milk since I was 5 years old, although I do consume dairy products.

I may be in the minority here but the answer is yes. Adults were not meant to drink milk, just like animals. Once we are weaned we go onto eating other foods..Fresh fruits and vegetables are great, protein can be nuts and seeds or meat, and water is the most wholesome drink there is. There are other ways to get your dose of calcium.

No not really. All foods have some purpose even fats are necessary. I encourage you to drink milk, if you cannot because you are lactose intolerent or just plain old don't like it there are other things you can do. The easy way out would be to take vitamins replacing the nutrients from milk, calcium, vitamin D, there are others but I cannot recall them. If you don't like the taste try a different kind, for example my mother always bought skim because it isn't as thick and won't coat your throat. Hell you can even drink chocolate milk.

Milk is one of the worst things a human can drink as food. Leaving out of your diet is the best policy. Your blood type plays a big role on whether or not you will benifit from red meat. Balance is not easy to achieve without knowing your body type.
There are plenty of nutrition site on the web and books to help you. Look up http://members.tripod.com/j2jensen/research/milk/milk.htm

Here is my diet;
Breakfast; apple
3 hours later; bananna
3 hours later; whole natural almonds
3 hours later; canned chicken breast, in water, drain the water, has oils
3 hours later; baby carrots
3 hours later; whole strawberrys
Water when I am thirsty.
Anything from a cow is bad for you. Including milk. Clogs you up inside.
I do eat a snack at Burger King. I get the 4 piece chicken tenders and a small coke.
