I need a timer thats shareware/freeware or atleast a trial but it needs to beep or buzz or make some kind of loud noise every 45 seconds so I know when to switch to different crunches. So when that 45 seconds is up it beeps but keeps going and counts down from 45 seconds again? Anyone know a program that will do that or that you can configure to do? Any help would be much appreciated!

Make a sound file that is 45 seconds long and set your media player to repeat until you stop it.

Why not buy a timer? They are usually cheap and reliable.
Sorry about not knowing where to find such a timer. Try some web searches for such. They have them for predicting ovulation, so why not excercise?
