yes, as long as you use egg whites to wet down the meat so the crumbs will stick. and make sure the crumbs are dried out.

There's only one way to get cruchy fried chicken. Dip them in flour first, then dip them in eggwash then coat them in a mix of corn flakes and spiced bread crumbs. Then coat the pan with about half an inch of good cooking oil and wait till its the perfect temperature. You can tell when the oil is ready by placing the end of a wooden spoon it it, if the spoon bubbles at the end, your oil is ready!! bon Appetite

Yeah you can use bread crumbs to fry chicken wings. you need to moist them a little though to help the bread crumbs stick. You can use milk or water.

yep, I use an egg wash then dip the wings and then back into the egg wash again and back into the crumbs...makes a good crisp outside

Being from Buffalo we deep fry the wings then put what ever sauce you want on them. Some places in Buffalo will add barbecue sauce after deep frying then grill them up for a couple minutes. Heavenly!!!!!!

Yes, but to get a real crunchy and crispy skin I suggest you use cornflakes. They crisp better.
