I edit pictures a lot and am always looking for different editing programs as they all offer different styles. Are there any that are free that you can download off the internet?

No full versions are available online for free and you could download a cracked version thru limewire or any torrents but i wouldnt suggest it b/c they usually contain viruses or worms which is not good.
However, you can go to www.download.com and try free versions of almost any and all photo editor programs.

I don't do much pic editing, but Picasa from Google has worked fine so far.
