I didn't check this out yet but here is a quiz site for hiragana/katakana

you can find charts of all of the kana basically anywhere (japanese-online.com) and practice with the quiz.

http://www.kanjisite.com/ that's a place where you can learn some kanji. basically big lists of kanji i dunno.

http://japanese.about.com/ has a lot of links for this kind of stuff
