Hello. Since I am really into photography, I'd recommend getting the camera. With the camera you can capture memories and have them to reflect on and be even comforted by. A picture is worth a thousand words. I would either go with digicam and skip the mp3 OR I'd get a real good less expensive camera and get a different model mp3... so as to have the best of both worlds. The digital cameras I'm looking at are the Panasonic DMC-LZ7K (can get for under $200 and has 7.2mp and 6x optical zoom with optical image stabilization) and the Olympus SP510UZ (a little more online with 7.1mp, 10x optical zoom and DIGITAL image stabilization). So check into them and capture some memories and have some fun this coming spring. Good luck.

The camera would be of more use to you. You can buy a cheap MP3 player and be happy with it. But you probably need a camera more for family get togethers, holidays, art etc.

why dont you see if you can find a combo camera with mp3...i believe they have them on the market. You may be able to sell your nano to get money to help pay for the new thing.

if you already have an ipod why get another mp3 player? unless you'd rather listen to music than take photos!
